Chances for the TCs to be dropped vary with each monster so that's not included here. Last thing I heard the new atma has a drop calculator but I haven't checked on that yet.
As for the chances within TC, that's really simply, iirc. I'll try to recite from memory:
-Armour drops at 1/2 the rate of weapons.
-Class specific items drop at 1/3 the rate of regular items (2/3 for claws) and have a small bonus towards being magical or better.
-Staves and Scepters drop at class specific rates but have no bonus for being magical or better.
