wow thats surprising. If thats the case, i think the media should just give the man his privacy.

At this point I am going to wait for more information. These things take some time to sort out me thinks. We did talk about it a bit in chat last night.

    Manic depressive.

He's either super happy or super angry in most of his interviews.

Hope he recovers soon. Best wishes.

    ...

I love TO as a football player, he's one of the strongest recievers I've ever seen, which makes him fun to watch. And he blocks.

But he's so hard to like. I won't judge as of yet, but this doesn't look good.

I wonder what kind of publicity or endorsements he thinks he can get out of this.
I have no sympathy for him. He's got the world by the tail, so whatever problems he thinks he has are all self-created. If he wants privacy, he shouldn't spend most of his time trying to get his face on the front page or on TV.

As I said, I'm no fan of TO but I do have sympathy for him. He may have a lot of money and fame but he's still incredibly messed up. No matter what anyone says, all the money and attention in the world cannot make up for the emotional wreck that TO is. Anyone who's been through what he's been through will come out a little messed up psychologically.

I'm so glad the follow factors are no longer true:
    1. Still having my old car with the AM-only radio.
    2. Going to school.

Otherwise I'd have to hear about this for an hour every day.

I do feel sympathy for him in this sense: his depression is obviously severe, and I hope that no one would ever feel so worthless as to want to kill themselves.

However, all the bad press and media that surrounds him are his own doing. He's brought the situation on himself.

He just had a press conference. He looked like normal. He said "If I had 35 pills, would I be sitting here like this?" He said he didn't have his stomach pumped

He says it was an allergic reaction, seemed very upbeat. Says he should practice tomorrow.

    Quote of the day:

After the conference, the achor said "Owens claims he did not commit suicide."

    On SI.com now.

Hey that's kind of insensitive for a traumatic situation dont' you think?

First the damn finger, and now this allergic reaction. My fantasy team is cursed! I WANT a RE-DRAFT!
