Synergy question.
If an item you have performs a certain skill "on hit", will having the synergy for that skill affect it?
...And if so... does the Firestorm granted by a Torch count for synergies on a Druid?
(Long story short, I'm toying with the idea of building a Druid that uses a Torch and a pair of Phoenixes with maxed out Molten Boulder/Fissure to give their triggered "on hit" spells 920% worth of bonuses. Sounds like fun, huh? Especially when combined with an Infinity Merc... but if my premise is faulty, there's almost no point in wasting time/runes on it.)
