Let's say I've got a Blizz/FB sorc.

I've got 5 pts into Blizz and 10 pts into Glacial Spike. 10 pts GS will synergize my 5 pts Blizz.

But if I have +3 skills, my Blizz is actually 8 (5+3). I know that hard pts into synergizing skills will be the actual lvl of synergy added. So 10 pts (not 10+3) will synergize 5 pts Blizz or 8 pts Blizz?

Sorry but I've been really scratching my head over this. Tried to search but no such luck.

The synergies %bonus are based on the Synergised skill damage, including skill bonuses, IIRC.

So you 10 in GS would be synergizing a Lev 8 orb.
