    For Weapon-type items :
    5-15% Enhanced Damage
    and/or
    1-3 Attack Rating
    and/or
    5-15% Enhanced Durability

For Armor-type items (Body armor, shields, belts, etc...) :
    5-15% Enhanced Defense
    and/or
    5-15% Enhanced Durability
and always (if and only if the enhanced defense mod is present)
    Max base defense + 1

I guess you can have all 3 superior auto-mods on a weapon at the same time, although I just can't remember possessing such a socketable weapon . I guess spawning all 3 superior mods at the same time is pretty rare.

But I have a 15% ED 3 AR, and a 15% ED 15% Dura weapon, so at least two of them can spawn at the same time to be sure .

EDIT : Thanks krischan for these precisions !

Only two are possible AFAIK, but I'm not sure.

BTW, if %ed on a weapon won't change anything because its base damage is too low (e.g. for a dagger), it will have +1 maxdmg instead.

That is correct. And the combination of two really bumps up the price to buy/repair.

I'm not sure, but I think I've found superior weapons with +1 to Maximum Damage.

    Are these price modifications known?

I've seen superior scepters/armors I've sold for 35k being "repriced" by the NPCs to more gold than a character could possibly have. (7M+ items)

Dang... I hate the 35k sell cap.

Without any cap at all we wouldn't need GF characters (or GF items in general), as armors and a couple of items with staffmods will sell for several 100k up to millions, but I agree the cap could be higher in hell mode, e.g. 60k - twice as much as in NM.

...or they could have the continued the +5000 gold increments between acts, act 5 hell being 75k.

    just an idea.

Even if the cap for selling items is a good thing, there should be a cap that will not allow items to be more expensive than you can buy with 15% price reduction. NPCs shouldn't be able to price any item so high that it can't be bought. (At least you should be able to have a payment plan or something ;) )

Yes, a 3.5M cap for that would make sense and it should be subject to -vendor price bonuses, so Edge and perfect Gheed's will make it 2.45M and other characters than L99 ones have a chance as well, but not without extra efforts.
