    Supagrain!

So as I get older I find myself more and more concerned with (and intersted in) what I stuff myself with. ;) Just recently discovered this Quinoa thingie and damn I love it. Yummy stuff and full of nutrients. A little tip for whoever may be interested.

I find fish heads and kelp to be the best source of daily vitamins and nutrients.

I think my daily milkshake full of fresh fruit is a great soure of vitamins.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch has slightly less of of certain vitamins than Special K with Strawberries, but CTC also has way more vitamins anyways!

My Dad drank brewer's yeast milkshakes morning and evening for years. Might as well give those a try too (he's now 82+, with a 45-year-old's body, and a 16-year-old's brain).

Bah, cant stand all this 'organic', 'now artificial crap, 'we dont clean your food, because its more natural' stuff. If it tastes good and is cheap, i dont care whats in it.

That, Bob, is one scary attitude. :/ Live on turkey twizzlers or some other chemical no-nutrient meat-substitute crap and chips for a while and see what happens...

Im 1 of those people who doesnt put on any weight, no matter what i eat (and i do eat alot) and im quite healthy and active, so at the moment i cant see any side effects. If i suddenly become a big fat ass, then i might change.

Well, she's over it now that she's less... well, less.

Hat, nearest I can recall, it was 2 tablespoons yeast in a glass of milk. Blend & try not to puke.

I'm not referring to weight-gain, but your body needs certain stuffs to function properly...
If you feel you have a well-balanced diet without considering what you eat, good for you. :)
