I'm not sure if this is a new development, but I previously bellieved weapon block to only be found on claws that were of poor quality and that it was very rare. On the way to nilhithak (sp.?) I found this claw when gathering items to sell for gold. It appears the new 1.11 patch just might have fixed or changed claw staff-mods to allow for +wep. block skill. Does this seem logical or am I just a bit off in my info? If true, it bodes well for an increased chance for a good skill on a sin's claws.

Nah, I've found WB on claws of various levels for a long time. I've used several elite claws in the past with WB.

Ok, I just thought I heard it was very rare to get one and only on cracked or low quality white claws. Thanks for clearing it up that is not the case. Thanks!
