Summoner's Amulet Question

    Summoner's Amulet Question

    For a summoner, which amulet should I use?

    A amulet that grant + skills or the ability to teleport?

    Mara's Kaleidoscope unique amulet is the big winner here for plus skills, and also comes with plus stats and good resistances. I don't think there is a specific amulet for teleport, but you can get sometimes find a rare yellow amulet with this ability.

    How's that ethereal bonehew working out for you? (i think it was you who mentioned it).

    I have that Mara's Kaleidoscope unique amulet for my necromancer..but the dilemma that I face is I dont know either should I equip that unique Amulet or equip Teleport Amulet (22 charges)

    With the teleport ability, my summoner actually can teleport-slam against those bosses easily and it can gather my minion,merc and revive monster easily to one spot that I desired...but the stat that give by Unique Amulet is tempting as well.

    As for my ethereal bonehew , it is my strongest spear weapon for my Act 2 Merc so far since I dont have those powerful runeword spear..so I dont have any complain...

    Although I not sure that I should keep using Bonehew for merc act 2 since I just found some unique spear that have 45% Crushing Blow and 3 slot.

    Ya, Mara's is too good to leave on the shelf. What I do, since I don't have the
    Enigma Runeword for teleport, is use the unique axe called Spellsteel on a switch, as it provides teleport charges. It's fairly easy to find, but expensive as hell to recharge, like 70k gold!

    Your other spear must be the Hone Sundan, another favorite.

    Keep Mara's and don't worry about Teleport.

    22 charges will run out so fast, you'll end up teleporting into a group of enemies with no-way out.

    you tend to be fairly selective about teleporting when you're using charges.

    on a typical goldfind run, i'll use two charges of tele. one to tele into Pindles temple, the other to tele into the Councils chamber thingy in Travincal.

    another common solution to non-enigma summoners is a Naj Puzzler staff on switch.
