Summoner VS über and DC

for sure it can be done on a budget. my summoner has done these a lot (DC, Ubers) without conviction (infinity) and without fana (beast?).
crushing blow is your answer - same as the paladin 1pt smiter's answer, except you put your crushing blow on merc (obedience, guillaume's face are cheap), and raise urdar-class revives as they provide CB as well. your skellies might not hold up at level 31 though. can you list your gear?

My gear is, beginning at the top,
Shako whit ptopaz
yellow amulet whit 11 res and 1 bone skills
gull dagger
homu whit Pdiamond
(swap Carin Shard and 2 necro skill shiled)
trang armor
trang gloves
that uniq mf belt
some yellow boots whit some res and mf
mf rings whit some res
2 summon skillers
and res, life and mf charms.
On merc i now have
Reaper's Toll
Eth duriels (not upp)
Eth crown of theifs (not upp)
And i have that gulliams face and i just need a good 5 soc polearm and i have obediance. But where will my merc get his leech from then?
I can probably get a 3 summon amu, and some more summon skillers to get some stronger skeles.

you can get more +skills fairly cheaply by trading for an Arm of King Leoric (unique tomb wand with +5 to skelly tree), and a +3 summoning skills amulet as you mentioned. both of these can be obtained for pgems.
against DC and Ubers, i use AoKL and +3 amulet to summon my army, then switch to Wizardspike and any amulet with fcr or skills and resists. Wizspike provides resists and FCR - very nice for any tough enemies.
my merc doesn't have any leech. he's rarely up against any enemy for very long as he kills quickly. if he needs health, i give him full juves or cast life tap for a short time.

You can definately beat them, even with crap gear, check this out. Saw a video on youtube, of a barb that beat the ubers and didn't even touch them. he used an item with revive charges on it, revived a dozen urdars from river of flame, made the uber trist portal. he then tele stacked the urdars on top of the bosses and used the howl(causes monster to flee) to get rid of all of the other baddies.
So with your super revives (since you have summon mastery), mages (poison mages stops boss regen for up to six minutes I believe), terror (to scare away the little baddies) you should be able to beat them with pretty crap gear.

Wow that barb would be cool. The part about uber trist that gives me the most trouble is those damn minions.
The gulliamines you'll just be using for ubers. Don't worry about the leech. It's impossible to leech off ubers anyway, unless you're putting life tap on them.
What's going to kill the ubers in the end is 8 udars stacked on their heads. To do this you're either need to get your hands on an enigma or an item with teleport charges.

merc was lik gullmace infinty and bramble
baals minons and baal in 8 player games died even if everyone let off i'd kill minons for everyone telle on baal by time someone else go there he was like near dead haha
i got hacked wanted to try ubers with him deiced to make a hammer/ smite din for mf and ubers going to get necros gear back someday and see how he would of done

To the OP: For your character, you could just get a lot more of everything by dropping your mf off. You'll be running ubers get the torches, obv.
Your setup has like goldwrap, gull, and a ptopaz, mf rings, boots, etc. Just drop those for resists, because you'll need max all and stacked frost and lightning to survive.

how are necros without tele? I have some okay gear only lvl 32 skeleys but i wanted to try a mini uber before i leave for a week. If im not going to be able to kill a mini uber then i dont even wanna waste the keys.
They can kill mini uners w/o tele. tele isn't that important on bosses (it does help make sure all your skelies can reach the boss as some times they clump and not all attack) it is mostly to keep them stacked for mobs so the skellies don't go 1v1 with monsters and slow the kill speed down. Also there are cheap sources of teleport, magic items can spawn charges, I think naj set has teleport charges as well. Before I had sources of teleport I used TP's, pop back in the TP and skellies are stacked.

Teleport is not essential but very helpful. No tele = fine except in Matron's Den where your skellies will get stuck in tight hallways and turns. Tip: use a town portal to collect them together. If you do not have enigma, consider an amulet with teleport charges, or spellsteel axe on switch.

Tele isnt technically necessary for mini's, but for the real deal, its indispensable. You need your minions to tele stack onto the bosses, as well as the fact that you need to be able to keep your summons from spawning the ubers before your ready, which is hard to do without tele.
As for gear, I'm sure you could do it with lower gear, but I never step foot in Uber Trist w/o...
