Summon Necro MF???

I'm still a newb and was wondering what you guys think of a MF necro. I've tried a paladin and barb with limited success. I was thinking of using tarnhelm, skullder's, chancies, and nagels; at least those are the best MF items I have.

Where could I find a good build for this? Is it a good idea?

well lets see....my char uses ptopazed shako, enigma, 45 travs, pnagel, 28 nagel, 31 gheeds, and assorted 7mfsc's. i think its a pretty decent mf build, but at the same time, if you r truly looking for mf, the best char to mf with is a sorc. but a summon mf necro works.

Why is a sorc better? I made a lvl 70 something one and she kept dying.

All in all I say you can’t go wrong with a Skelliemancer. Just load up on MF gear, like 4 P-topazes in an armor.

Sorcs gear usually(not always)has some MF. One of the reasons people use sorcs to MF is the teleporting.. that is a big helper in getting around. Makes mf runs much faster.

Necro

Build your necro according to the guide once you hit hell MF the pit. You dont need much MF as you will find good socket stuff like eth zerkers, 3 socket zerks, 3 soc armour and every once in a while you will find a good unique. I made my necro from running the pit alone and now he wears shako, enigma, war travlers, and some charms and he has around 300 mf and he now MFs everywhere. I start with pindle then , shenk, meph, council,andy, diablo, cows, then baal. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to run this loop and breaks up boredom. A lot of people make the mistake of only thinking uniques are worth something when there is an eth zerker laying right next to them. Also pick up those gems as they can be used to get stuff as well. I only have time to play one char and choose a sum necro this ladder and a hammerdin last ladder and the summoner is better in my opinion and my hammerdin was decked out.
