I was doing some MF'ing with my LF javazon and picked up a rainbow facet and i thought

to myself haha what a trippy item, but useless...

then it got me thinking, what if i socketed this facet into a merc helm?

then wouldn't this facet make my merc's insatiable thirst for dying worth something!

now what would happen if i socketed merc equipment (weapon. shield, helm, armor) full of

facets?

wouldn' this make my merc into an awesome killing machine for leveling my lower if not

high level characters?

has anyone ever tried this?

if so what would be the best items to put them on (considering the merc should be able

to use it early enough but viable till hell mode to be of most use for leveling

characters.).

i was thinking of a tals mask for starters. (i use mainly act 2 nm mercs).
