Stormshield vs Sanctuary Javazon

I have a CoH, think I can get by using stormshield or would Sanctuary be a better shield? Or are there other good shields that aren't JMoD?

Yep, spirit, +2 skills for the win. Unless you need serious res for some reason (with COH I don't see why you would).

Use stormshield for blocking if you want to do full block for some reason.

I play pretty recklessly, so I need the blocking.

If you're playing hardcore then go with Stormshield. If not, Spirit or even Splendor would probably work better. Of course, if you could get a Jewler's monarch of Deflection and socket it with some facets...

Artisan's Tower Shield of Deflecting? I have one...
(shop deflecting blue shield in 1.07 with decent prefix and you can larzuk for up to 3os and therefore an even better ATSoD)

It's usually either Spirit or Stormshield. If you need resists, you probably wouldn't need more than what Moser's with 2 pdiamonds offers. That shield also adds a high bonus to the chance to block and the block rate.

I use Headhunter's Glory with facets. Works well with the +life per kill, although I don't block much.
