yep. stormlash wouldn't do so good on a ww-barb, but a frenzy'er will get that lovely CtC static charge going off regularly.
perhaps you might try a 'Lash/e-Oath scourge combo.

Two Stormlashes is overkill and overpriced. You can go with another weapon and get bonuses Stormlash doesn't have, like Nord's Tenderizer, which physical+lightning immunes won't totally screw you. They're about the same speed and it's cheaper while being more effective until you get a high-end runeword to replace it. Use Demon Limb for Enchant charges and get a fourth form of damage with higher attack rating, while you're at it.
I can't trust the calculator for attack speeds for Frenzy, but I think there are barriers that are broken above SLvl21, 30 and 35 depending on off-weapon IAS.

It appears to average weapon speeds, whereas I specifically remember being told that .10 separates the attack speeds for each weapon. So, the calculator appears to be geared for .09, which isn't surprising since the date at the bottom says 2003. If I'm wrong, let me know, since I don't get answers that correspond with current information in the forum.

For normal attack and whirlwind this is true yes. For all other attacks the WSMs are averaged when dual wielding (for both Barbarian and Assassin attacks).

2 eLashs' is my dream Frenzy setup, my current Frenzy uses EBotDz and eDeathZ. When I get my hands on another eLash (Zealot uses my only one), I'll remake my Frenzy Barb.

No, Crushing Blow Is not effective, since you can kill the monster in 1-2 hits. Also, Static Field cannot reduce a monsters life below 25% in Hell (or Is It 50?), so no point of Static Field being cast more than once. Dual EbotDz are probably the best damage combo for a Frenzy Barb (eDeathz may work better, I'm not sure). But, If you are NOT Ubering with your Frenzy Barb, Dual Lashs' give adequate damage for casual killing.

Are you serious? Where any of them Ethereal? Also, If you ever find a Unique Beserker Axe, do not Charsi It.

I bought an eDC today and I am very happy with It. eStormlash on switch for physical immunes and eDC for the rest
Sexy.
Nobody Is denying that Grief>All in terms of raw damage. Stormlash/eDC are used for style and not for damage.
