Stockpiling PvP Gear / Good PvP Testing Character..

1) Hm, was just thinking about it. Since HR's pop and all the richies are always looking for PvP charms, I might as well do as they do. What would be good PvP gear to save up instead of currency? Like 7+ res/16+ life or something along those lines? Any non-charm things like that?

2) What would be a good... (starting?) character to test out and get the hang of PvP? I tried bringing an MF hammy to it but he didn't have grief and didn't do too well in general. :laugh: I desynched maybe once on him.

Edit - Note that I'm only stockpiling PvP gear because it's worth a lot and size-efficient. Any suggestions on other items that are similar are welcome.

Idem, as in the same, High Stats.

Life/res charms ( 15/9's for lld, + everything higher)
Life/Mana charms( 15/12's for lld, + everything higher)
Life/ar charms ( Gc's or SC's , 1xxar / 30+ life gc's and , 18+/ 20 + life-ar for small)
Max/ar/life charms ( 3 max/ xx ar/ 15 life for lld + everything higher)
max/ar/frw charms ( any hold value )

I do not think such list for HLD is really needed, we all know stats of cookie cutter charms etc, the closer to perfect the better.

I think browsing a few guides would give you a pretty good idea what too look for :smiley:

And the thing is that I've looked through a LOT of guides. Just still don't know much about how they work out. The guides never told me that range > hammy, etc.

Range? You mean bow ama's or..? Any hammer with grief on switch + charge = pretty much dead zon :laugh:

just collect perfect items. the longer the ladder goes the richer pp get. what do rich pp wan't? yes it's perf items. if you have looked on the way prices have gone in the few months perfect items are them who rise fastest.

edit: item's i wouldn't have for stockpiling are unid annis, hrs, runewords etc (all that are very popular to dupe annis because of sojs).

And.. yeah, that was pretty obvious, I guess. I keep perfects of any commonly used item. Gores, TGod's, etc. Too bad they can be upped and then lose their perfectness. :/

But if they get perfect upg, then they are worth VERY much :wink3: But ofc perf items are always worth collecting.
