Stat points distribution

I've made a fishymancer and I'm not sure how to distribute the stat points.

I'm at level 74 with 75 points to allocate. My current stats:

Str: 106
Dex:185
Vit: 15
En: 69

Also, is there a list of which monsters leave corpses that don't disappear?
