tals belt (12%mf) and lem for the highlords. (they usually go for around pul) but if that is not the case this ladder I can add more. Just a found a 10%fcr/high +ar/+27 life /+stamina/+1 max dam if that interests you, really on life and fcr for sorc but a start.
