Staff question
I'm looking for a War Staff that has +3 ES and at least +1 Chilling Armor. Now I checked the diabloii.wiki and it looks like War Staves get 5 sockets from larzuk as long as the item lvl is 25 or below. Now I think Flayer Jungle would be the best place to hunt for a staff like this, but my question is this...
A: Can a white War Staff from Flayer Jungle spawn with +3 ES and +1 CA?
B: Will the staff mods change if I larzuk it?
C: Will the staff mods change if I roll sockets in cube?
