Stacking auras?

Making a summoner, and just wondering what Auras from items stack with what?... it doesn't look like Spirit of Wolverine stacks with might, but i could be wrong.. . here are some questions i have;

*can you have the thorns aura (Bramble) + fanaticism (faith) on your merc at the same time?

*can Spirit of the Wolverine (from Wisp Projector) stack with all other auras? (might, fanaticism)

*can might stack with fanaticism?

Im thinking tho if i use Beast and carry around a + skill item to summon, the fanticism i get wont be as high as faith, but i could use werebear for more HP, and then i could make an infinity and use an Act2 might merc (if they can all stack). . .

anyway its late, thought i'd fix my post up a bit. hope to get some replys and thank you in advance, and good night :)

Yes. They are different auras.

Yes. Since it is a Spirit aura it is considered vastly different from all other auras.

*can might stack with fanaticism?
Yes. Since they aren't the same aura. The only time auras won't stack is when you have two of the same. Then the highest aura will be used instead. An example of this is having IG and a Thorns source. IG comes with a built in Thorns aura so he won't be affected by another source of Thorns.

it seems i have to be more in-depth due to people not understanding my questions... sigh. well here it goes;

i am wondering because when i have an aura item equiped on my merc, if i equip any other armor slot after, aura or no it seems to go away, so i was wondering not if they stack but if you can get both effects. (haven't had the chance to test this out yet)

*can Spirit of the Wolverine (from Wisp Projector) stack with all other auras? (might, fanaticism)
. . . i tested this out on a druid with a might merc, and it didnt seem to work. has any necromancer found it diffrent when using the ring (Wisp Projector)charges?

*can might stack with fanaticism?
and im wondering if fantaicism stacks with might or acts as a higher power (same with spirit of the wolverine).

in regards to your first question, both auras will work at the same time.however, if you reequip the armor or the weapon only one will work.you have to quit the the game and rejoin, then both will work again.same goes for if your merc dies.to get both auras working again, you have to quit then rejoin or start a new game.

Auras stack, thats really the simple answer. Fanat will stack with might and HoW, they are different auras. Why do you believe HoW didn't stack, I can assure you it does.

I heard that there was a glitch concerning multiple auras on your merc. However, if he comes into the game equiped with say 2 aura items, and you dont remove him and he doesnt die, then it should work.

The only thing that you need remember is that whenever your Mercenary perishes, if you happen to have weapons/armour that grants him an aura, you will likely need to unequip and then re-equip said items.

example......

merc i run w/ has thorns(built in) activates upon him striking sum'tin
+
equip. w/ infinity (gives conviction aura)

just by himself both those two stack and run at the same time.
A great way to make your merc a powerhouse.

note: i picked thorns out of my own choice.
it is not really the best combo and others will tell you what's better.
i like thorns call me wierd yo :jig:

The more auras the better ...... give 'em a hug.

Yes Thats True

Just Un-Equiped, Equiped, Un-Equiped And Equiped Again, Wait About 3 Seconds BAM You Have It
