SS Druid Q

I was looking at an ias calculator the other day when I noticed that a maxed Werewolf skill (or simply 20 points) gives you the maximum fps (at least when using a zerker axe- I dont know if this is true for all weps). Is this accurate? Does this mean that I do not need ANY ias from gear if I plan to have either a Fury, Feral, Rabies, or Fireclaw Wolf Druid? This does not seem right. Either the website is wrong or I am crazy. Please help.

Im not completely sure about what level werewolf skill has to be if it were to benefit from off weapon increased attack speed but i know its a really low skill level.

Off weapon ias wont affect your attack speeds at all in the higher levels so you dont need to use or worry about owias.

This is the table chart i use from electric blues guide when i wanna know general attack speeds.

Thank you Kiba. According to this chart, 140 ias on a zerker will get me 5 fps fury attack followed by each 4 frame fury attack after. Uh, wow? I had no idea fury could be 5 frames a second.... the ias calculator I was looking at was all wrong (diablo2.ingame). I hope your chart is right.

7/4 Fury is the fastest you should go with out sacrificing to much damage but only a few weapons can hit 4 frame fury. Some at the top of my head are 4 socket grizz caddy , tomb reaver and a few magic and rare items.
