Spirit of Barbs question?
I almost NEVER see anyone use this and most of the time if someone is using it they're a dumass. I was just wondering if it is possible to get spirit of barbs high enough lvl to be useful in pvp. I know iron maiden at very high skill levels can kill melee chars but can the spirit?
