    Speech/Voice Sound Very Quiet

I have noticed that the voice/speech sound is a lot lower than my sound effects. Perhaps I'm strange, but I actually like hearing the little snide comments the characters make after beating a quest, and I actually listen to the NPCs sometimes.

I have noticed that turning off 3d sound and 3d environment effects seems to make the voice sounds noticeably louder.

Is there any way to control the voice volume. I really wish the game had the more typical 3 sliders for sound (sound effects, music, and speech) but it only has two. Music is of course music and sound effects appears to be tied to everything else.

    Thanks!

Incidentally, I am using a high end Creative something-or-other (who can remember, their naming conventions suck) sound card.

The only way I could think of would be to just turn the 3D sound slider a bit down. I had it set to about half-way if I remember correctly. I'm using a Creative Soundblaster Audigy 5.1 card.

Do you mean in sound card settings?

I just opened up my EAX Control Panel and I don't see a slider for that.

No, I mean in-game, in the sound options. The "3D Bias" thing.
