I would recommend Charged Strike and Lightning Strike- here's why:
1. Charged Strike. . .for dealing with Bosses or other enemies with big bodies (like those Venom Lords in ACT IV), as all the charged bolts will strike causing BIG damage. It also synergizes with Lightning Strike giving it more damage.
2. Lightning Strike. . .for dealing with crowds or small groups of enemies in a fairly open environment. It also synergizes with Charged Strike giving it more damage.
I wouldn't recommend Power Strike (other than for a synergy) as it really doesn't do enough damage to justify the points spent on it.
