Im having trouble killing Duriel, im jumping into the tp casting Valkyrie (I'm level 30). Then jabbing away at him or running away with a bow. He then gets a few hits and I about die and have to chug pots and take TP.

Am I going to have to run tomb's 500 times to get level 35?

Yeah normal Duriel can be a pain in the mass for certain classes or builds, but honestly, I don't see why you're having problems here.
You are lvl 30 which is ridiculously high for A2 Norm.
Do you use mercenary?
Maybe you could use some open wounds equipment and run around the place until the hydralisk bleeds to death. Or use decoy to draw Duriel's attention away from Valk and merc.
Or maybe you could lower player settings for this particular boss encounter? (I assume you're playing p8, right?).

Also, what are your and your merc's weapons?

I would suggest respec to a Javazon and take him down with charged strike. If you just fill in the pre-reqs and dump 10 points into Power Strike Charged strike should be doing about 373 per bolt, 5 bolts per attack. These hit even when you don't connect with the attack. Forget the Valk, he'll be dead in less than half a minute.

Sorry if this double posts, the forums are a bit weird on my work's network.

Pick up a high block shield and some +life gear, and tank Duriel while your merc does the majority of the damage. It'll take a few trips to town, but this is the strategy I use on every one of my characters, including sorcs :)

No one mentioned thawing potions, yet... A decent amount of Duriel's dmg is cold dmg in normal so I'd chug a handful of thawing potions (each one adds 30 sec duration, and 50 cres iirc) and give some to your merc, too.
Try the runeword malice on merc and zephyr on yourself (frw, ias, 1-50 lite dmg)
