Sox Sheal or PDiamond for Storm shield?

Hello

I am a met/orb sorc that pump dex & using storm shield for max block rate.

I am wondering should i socket my stormshield with Pdiamond or sheal

I have resistance 75 for cold and lightening fire 40, poison -5.

I dun really need fire and poison.

according to break point

Faster Block Rate breakpoints :

0% Faster Block Rate - 9 Frames
7% Faster Block Rate - 8 Frames
15% Faster Block Rate - 7 Frames
27% Faster Block Rate - 6 Frames
48% Faster Block Rate - 5 Frames
86% Faster Block Rate - 4 Frames

I will be hitting 5 frames if it sock storm shield with sheal.. currently at(6)

any advise please? is 1 Frame alot?

Accually cold res is not so important. Fire and lightning res are the most important two elements. To be a good block dex sorc, 75% block is enough, i think sock a perfect diamond is a better choice to you to consider ALL RESIS as a primary issue. You can also consider FHR while you can sock shael in your helm and armor to make your FHR at least 60%.
