Sorc Guided Arrow IAS breakpoints, same as Zon's?

I'm planning on using Widowmaker for an Enchant/bow build. Are the IAS breakpoints the same or different?

The sorceress breakpoints are different. They are:

IAS: Frames:
0% 16
8% 15
16% 14
27% 13
42% 12
65% 11
102% 10
174% 9

The sorceress breakpoints are different. They are:

IAS: Frames:
0% 16
8% 15
16% 14
27% 13
42% 12
65% 11
102% 10
174% 9

She can attack at the same speed as the assassin but needs alot more IAS since she doesn't have any EIAS in her skills.
