can someone tell me the fhr breakpoints for sorc and the base fhr? how many % fhr do i need for pvp?

oh yea there's a fcr breakpoint at 105%. If i have items that add to 125% fcr...would the extra 20% not be of any help? Is there a special bonus after you hit a breakpoint for FCR?

there wont be any bonus, but you will reach the lightning breakpoint of 117%, if it matters at all to youi

That is the breakpoint for the skills Lightning and Chain Lightning. All other skills have 105%. Just thought to spell that out more clearly
