    sorc fhr bp question

I am just curious, if i decide to make a 200 fcr fb/es sorc, does fhr matter alot? and if it does, what are the break points for fhr on a sorc? and which should i aim for?

Well, FHR is like everything else: some is better than none. I don't know if it will be very necessary to a high FCR sorc, but here's the info you needed, courtesy of "Rivo at the Amazon Basin", via MongoJerry.

    fhr%-----speed(frame=1/25 second)
    0-------15
    5-------14
    9-------13
    14------12
    20------11
    30------10
    42-------9
    60-------8
    86-------7
    142------6
    280------5
    1480-----4

As you can see, if you don't want to wear something like Bloodfist, then even 2 or 4 Small Charms Of Balance will have a significant effect. I wouldn't be going for more than 60, personally, and I'd be happy with 30, but it's up to you. Just don't sacrifice FCR, life and resists for the FHR. My MF Meteorb has no FHR and only 50 FCR, but she tanks everything anyway. (And lives). You're planning to duel with your sorc, right? In that case your considerations will probably be different.

You can have it all by using a Spirit Shield:

    Spirit Shield
    +2 To All Skills
    +25-35% Faster Cast Rate (varies)
    +55% Faster Hit Recovery
    +250 Defense Vs. Missile
    +22 To Vitality
    +89-112 To Mana (varies)
    Cold Resist +35%
    Lightning Resist +35%
    Poison Resist +35%
    +3-8 Magic Absorb (varies)
    Attacker Takes Damage of 14

The extra vit and mana more than make up for the points spent in strength.

i was leaning more towards a shadow dancers, since it gives u 30 fhr as well as huge dex bonus to help me use my wiz spike, wouldnt that be a better choice?

and with the gear i have, i will already have stacked 20 ish resist all in hell

if your going ES route then use Silkweave

If your going non-ES then Imps (don't ban me! :D) would be ideal, but second to that would be Treks, poison comes up a lot more than you'd think (so many xXkOrEaNpKXx bowazons these days with pdsc's, and BM druids using poison creeper)

    plus, dancers are EXPENSIVE
