Something about destroying Oak/HeartofWolv

I remember reading a guide somewhere (can't remember which) that said when oak is destroyed, the bonuses from life are of course gone from you, but, when Heart of Wolverine is destroyed, the bonuses from HoW still stays with you. Or something like that...

Anyone care to elaborate on this? if i was to pick between 1 point in oak, or 1 point in HoW, which should i pick? If the statement in my first paragraph that i saw from a guide is true, then i'll most likely pick the HoW. I'm going to be a fury druid around lvl 30-60 in there somewhere.

Erm, no? I've played with both and when the spirit dies you lose the effect. So... yeah.

u lose the effects, but when oak dies ur life is like cut in half, so that can be what the guide was talking about not the effect but ur life/survivablity if u get into a think situation u could be thinkin u have 5k life when it dies ur down to 2.5ish and ur life will go down fast, while if u use HoW u just lose dmg not life so u always know how much u got life...thats the closest thing i can think of to what ur talking about
