    Some Wherewolf questions !

Hi there folks. I'm rebuilding an old friend of mine after about 8 months of retirement, and have a few questions, on which i hope to get some good feedback. I'm gonna be making a Wherewolf druid, with Fury as his main attack skill. I plan on going pvm, so i guess a shield and weapon are gonna be part of his setup. I plan on using a BOTD ( i guess a Berzeker Axe ? ) and a stormshield. For his armor i managed to make myself a Chains Of Honor in a Archon plate. His belt is gonna be a Verdungo i guess ( nice bonusses ) and thats about how far i got, so my setup will be as followed:

    - Weapon : BOTD zerker axe
    - Shield : Stormshield ( dunno with what to socket yet )
    - Rings : Ravenfrost / BK ring
    - Amu : +3 shapeshiftskills / 84 to life ( found this myself pretty nice imo )
    - Armour : Chains of Honor Archon plate
    - Belt : Verdungo's
    - Gloves : i got no idea really
    - Boots : was thinking of Sandstorm's
    - Helm : Jalal's Mane ( dont know what to socket it with )

Well thats about it, i plan on using 8 skillers and some life/ar sc's, but i could really use some advice on this one. The skills ill be using would be :

    - Wherewolf
    - Lycanthropy
    - Fury
    - Heart of Wolverine
    - Feral Rage ?

I dont know how much ias ill be needing, but thats a question i hope to get answered here !

    Cheers ...........

@ Gix : thanks for the usefull info :p

@no2fakeshakes : What would be the advantages in pvp using LoH except for the 20 ias and fire resis ? I would rather use the draculs then i guess.

I dont think i really got any answers sofar, so still hoping some one could gimme some better advice on this character. Perhaps a experienced druid pvp player could post his own gear setup, and the skills he/she maxed and charms he/she is using ?

    Cheers.........

For skills, if you want to be a pure fury wolf, it depends on how you play.

If you are all about dueling melee players or players with high deffense, then pick HoW as your main spirit. If you run into casters mostly, pick Oak.

Typical fury wolves havnt changed at all. Most max lycanthropy, wwolf, fury, a spirit, and then work on grizzly for a tank. Feral rage is a 1 pt wonder. Now that leach doesnt work in duels as it used to, more than 1 pt in feral is a waste.

If you would like to be more of a dominat wolf although, I would ditch the idea of pure fury. Most fire claw bears or rabies wolves would outclass a pure fury druid now a days.

i would take oak over how anyday, teh ar it dass is negligible compared to teh ar bonuses you get from werewolf and fury.

2-3k more life > 2k more damage and 3k more ar
