Some Trap Sin Questions...

These have probably been answered before but im just a bit confused about them.

1. Light Facet, i see people saying that this doesn't effect us cuz are traps are minions(But if they are minions doesn't that mean are MF, GF don't work on them either?), I found a light facet and put it in my Shako thinking ok, if this doesn't work i could probably trade it to a sorc or something. I put it in and my Lightning damage DID go up. I don't know if i was seeing this or what but does this apply to Griff's Eye as well?

2. Can crafted Gloves have +skill effects on this and if so which should i look for? LS< or just pure Trap?

Light facets, griffons,mf, gf doesn't work for traps. Only "Shock web"

Erm.. gloves can only get passive,bow,jave,martial arts skills
and +1 fire, +2 curse from mage/trang

I was making a point when i said MF DOES effect my traps, cuz with MF gear on i find a lot of nice stuff by using traps, and i see a lot of MF trap sins too...

Im about to experiment with this light facet thing cuz i believe it does effect you r traps, ill take screenshots when im done. Cuz i got a blank shako on a mule i just got to wait on my bro to get home so i can transfer it to my sin.

Well i did the experiment, and i got some weird results i should say seeing how people have always said that Light Facet DOSNT effect traps, well you in for a rude awakening.

Just found out what LCS is, thats so stupid but then how was it FULLY tested out that light facet dosnt effect traps, cuz you cant really test that since its 1 in 12k chance of getting max damage =/

It wouldn't be to hard for the -res. Use a 95% res char, -85% res total from facets in every gear possible, if it doesn't work you'll barely damage the 95% res char, while if they did work you'd see a clear effect.

Now for the +% is gets a bit harder, but still easy for one with an editor on SP, just make the mod ridiculously much higher and and it should show a clear damage improvement if it did work. You could also try WoF with fire facets instead, more consistent damage.

wait tho, if light facets dont work on light traps then fire facets wont work on fire traps either...

I believe that is correct.
Only the bombs you throw work with the fire facet.

Thats so ghetto, are traps are effected by resists but not buffs, atleast they are not considered magic....
