Some PvP "Bad Manner" Q's
Well I haven't really played since .09 and when Ladder 2 started I decided to give it a go again but I'm pretty much a .10 newblar, but I have some questions so here we go.
1) I'm assuming teleport and casting lifetap/amp = BM
2) Is Chance to cast amp/lifetap BM?
3) Is Slow still BM? (would suck cause there goes Astreon's Iron Ward)
