Some pvm windy questions

I've made my first one ever a few days ago, he's current lvl 34 or so. ( doing norm baals until i get rushed for nm baals ect..)

I read fenris's guide but am not really following it completely because he bases it off of pvp, and I plan to be pvm only for MF.

my question is ( and a complete noob one at that ) what is my primary damage skill? twister or tornado? I'm guessing tornado but I'm maxing both for synergies ( along with the others ).

Lastly, are there jewels with a fcr mod?

I've been really tied up with exams and I still need to resocket the SS that I lost lol (ran outta Soc q's), sorta delayed me but I'm just about caught up now. I really wanna get some key runs going so we can eventually do it, but I'll just have to keep in touch and let you know when I'm set... it's when I get the time, something I haven't had a lot of lately. We'll eventually do it, its just a matter of when Hopefully Sonny will wanna come too

1) school
2) girlfriend
3) D2
4) stamp collection (jk lol)
5) quality time with Verashi

As much as I wanna put D2 up there... I've tried that route, doesn't work out too good lol

I'm like 3/4 the way into my new character atm, so maybe if I time this right I'll be done by the time we get rollin' here. Swaeeeet
