Some Item Questions

I've been seeing some trades lately saying "160-60" and "120-45" (basically they're 4 soc armor and helm with 40-15 jewels) but I thought that %ED only worked in a weapon so why bother with the 40%ED mod...

Another thing is I want (I don't know if it's possible) a crafted/rare gloves with +2/3 bow skills, 20% IAS, and %LL (I think it's 1-3% on gloves), is this possible to spawn or craft?

If you socket an %ed jewel in armor, it gives you offweapon %ed, like what you'd get from a skill or strength.

Only magical items can get +3 to a skill tree, but otherwise yes you can get all of those.
