i read speedlander's ww/kicker guide and the assassin faq and they were contradicting on fade.

the faq said per point invested in fade you get 1% pdr
but i had the impression that it gave 1% pdr including +skills from the guide

It isn't a synergy, so +skills count.

The guide is correct.

To my knowledge, the FAQ states it works the same with +skills or hard points:

Q: What's this about Fade having PDR?

A: Fade has a hidden PDR bonus of 1% per skill point invested it in (whether natural or from +skills). So, an slvl 10 Fade would have 10% hidden PDR. This only applies when Fade is active.

Where did you find the contradicting statement?
