socketing shako and stormshield for javazon

im planning to build a PVM javazon with spear as alt weapon. got the stormshield, got the titans, got the CoH (with unbeliveble high price tho) and for the headgear, i choose shako.
assuming i want to add socket to my shako and stormshied, with what rune or jewel should i socket them in?
um rune for resistance, i know. other than that?
i play 1.10 patch

Hmm, most likely resists. How are they, are you finding yourself dying due to elemntal attacks? If your resists are fine, check out the ias breakpoints and see how close you are to any. If that doesn't work, go mf. Or, on the ss, do -requirements if you want to save some points to put into vit or dex.
