Hi,

Maybe a noob question.. but I am a noob. Can you socket a titans?

Also.. what jav is better titans or tstroke? I see some tstrokes with +2 and some +4.. is it random?

No, sorry a Titans can't be socketed. Titans are better then T Strokes. Better as a whole and mostly used.

+2-4 to java skills (varies) - so yes, it's random.
And +4 Thunderstroke is better when you use it for CS IMHO. 15% IAS and -15% enemy lightning resists...

titans probably gets you more bang for your bargain buck, but in pvp strokes are the reigning king of weaps for ANY lightning zon (any that are good...)
