1) A choice between a generous 50/50 or 40/60 split. Eg. an item sold at 100k, after AH fee = 85k, you keep 42.5k which is 50% of the profit, or 34k if you choose the 40/60. The responsibilities are different between the 2 sturcture and I currently have 4 agents, 2 of them 40/60 and 2 are 50/50. 2) You can swap HC to SC gold using that "other" forum. I can also provide HC > SC money changing service for you, current rate is 1 HcG : 2.5 ScG, subject to change at all times based on market changes, you can always keep the HC gold to use if you play HC or convert to ScG yourself (you can likely get better rate, just take time and hassle :crazyeyes
. An example: From the 50 split you've saved up 1m HcG, with which you can conver to 2.5m ScG from me (subject to current rate).
3) Items to be sold are Hardcore inferno farmed stuff that can sell for 25-200k gold. If you choose 50/50 you have even more control, the record is 400k on a single item so far.
4) You owe me nothing until you sell an item, and you can always return an unsold item during our weekly gold clearing/restock game. The arrangement is consignment based.
Agent requirements:
1) Experience with googledoc or at least excel, or willing to learn/use and especially to update it periodically. This will serve as the "whiteboard" and the main communication point for us. I will walk you through this doc before we start the arrangement.
2) Experience with taking screenshot and uploading to image hosting. I myself find imgur.com to be the best and easiest to work with, it's as user friendly as it can possibly get. You will need to take 1-2 screenshots every week (either Fri or Sat would be perfect, preferably before gold clearing/restocking) of your auction log which will show the details on all items sold during the week and add the upload link to the googledoc. You only need to do this once a week before clearing.
3) Deposit, since I will be giving a batch of HC items to you and be trusting you on various point. You need a solid and verifiable history on this site, or any solid supporting you can provide to me, plus a 2M SC gold deposit. If you lack history, I can hold a deposit of 3M SC gold instead of 2, refundable on request at any time after you return my items to me. For my reputation you can check my history on this site (and the trader's comment section), I also have history over at that other forum, pm me and I can link you to it. This point is non-negotiable.
4) Enjoy messing around with trade schemes (which this is) is a bonus plus.

1) I will provide you with a Start bid & buyout price on the first batch of items, after that it depends on the fee sturcture you picked (read that google link up top. you are free to adjust my suggested price higher but not lower (just update to the googledoc and add a comment for me to notice),
2) If you wish to keep an item yourself for hardcore use, no problem, just pay me half the suggested buyout price I set. This is a great deal if you also play hardcore but couldn't farm high end gear consistently. Though if you plan to transition to HC please let me know, as eventually you'll move on when your own farmed items bring more profit, and I'll need to set up an extra agent in advance to keep up.
3) Gold clearing and restocking occurs weekly (unless one of us have a vacation or weekend project) during weekends. This is when you pay me what you owe me / I restock you back up to 50 items / Exchange your HC gold to SC gold should you wish ...etc.
I keep around 10 mill in SC gold around at all times, so no worries about not being able to exchange your HC gold to SC gold easily.
