I got a snowboard, bindings and boots for $200. This is good, because renting a board for this season alone is $120. I have only done it once, but I enjoyed the hell out of it, and can get to a mountain in an hour. I don't have a season pass this year, but I will be able to just go to a bunch of different mountains and see what kind of pass I will want next year.

Stayed home and watched a movie a movie and Chinese dramas.
So I guess I got... entertained?

Not yet. There's a small chance it might be the monitor. Besides, I've been using a 70lb CRT for the past 8 years, it's about time to replace it. The thing must be about 20" deep.

I stayed home and avoided the masses of sheeple. I didn't get any good deals but I didn't get trampled at Walmart either. Over all a good day.

Of course my monitor waited until a couple weeks after Black Friday to die.

Although it isn't actually dead - it's just in a state of limbo until I work up the nerve go to ordering capacitors and attempt to solder new ones in.
