    Smiter Or Zealer?

Ok I am New to posting in the forums but I have been using the forum for a long time. I have been looking over all the guides and i have come down to smiter or zealer. I dont Know whic one to pick and which gear to wear. I see zealers go around owning everyone in PVP and aso i seen smiter go around owning in PVP please gimme all your thoughts on gear and which one i should pick. I can get almost any gear so dont worry about expense.

    Thanx, Trojan.

i just started making a pvp zealer that uses grief, from what i hear grief + max holy shield alone is decent smite damage so i can have a respectable smite even though i am a zealot, but one of the main reasons i picked zealot was because all my charms are either max dmg/ar or life/ar (cant afford so many combat gcs)

Yes, that would make a nice Smiter/Zealot build.

I would just go pure Zeal. It's fun in duels.

Ok so it would be good, I wouldnt be maxing defiance thats the only thing thats changed and when i am wearing exile it will give me a defiance aura anyways. Thanx alot i will probably make him a smiter/Zealot.

    EDIT:

Also would the defiance from the shield Give the bonus to Holy shield?

ANd i would wear Grief for this too not a botd correct?

Also Can grief zealots Beat BOTD duelers??

Defiance gives more defense for you when you use Holy Shield.

    No.

For the smiter part, a Grief would definately be better than a BotD, so yes you should use that.

Of coarse, but it depends on many different things, like the build and the other equipment.

    Dracs Gloves
String Of Ears or Verdungos (Which One you guys Think??)

Angelic Rings and Ammys For Meleers and dual Raven for cold sorcs
Now for Helm i cannot decide, Shako Gaze or CoA?

Verdungo's for a belt, Gores for boots, and a CoA for a helm. Remember that you'll need CBF coming from somewhere, and a Ravenfrost is a nice source of that. If you're facing opponents with not that much defense, you could just use dual ravens and a highlord's amulet.

A phase blade would do nicely, with just a little less damage but more speed than the others. With a phase blade Grief, you won't need any other gear with IAS at all.
