Smiter Gear question

I need some help with finishing off my smiter dclon killer's gear. He uses:

duress boneweave (20% damage, 196% defense :clap: )
HOZ (going to up as soon as I get another fal)
Gore Riders (going to up this too)
Guillaume's face
+3 combat skills ammy
ravenfrost/dwarfstar
crappy rare belt
Some unique mace that's pretty much useless for me.

So my question is should I stick with the raven/dwarf? Also, what belt should I use? And should I get a Heaven's Light, or a Crushflange( since it's ALOT cheaper)?

A few belts I can think of off-hand are verdungo's (Life/PDR), nosferatu's (IAS/Slow), string of ears (PDR), tgods (Light Absorb/Life).

Personally, I'd go for verdungo's or tgods... while verdungo's is probably the better overall belt, tgods would give you that third elemental absorb, as well as plenty of vit, which could always come in handy.

Other than that, if you like that absorb on the rings, keep it. I doubt the cold absorb will help you much with DClone, though, since I don't think he has any cold attacks. And just find a weapon with good CB, +skills are always fun too.

Here's my setup just for dclone & pvp (smiter):

asteron's cadeceus (+3 skills)
rare +2 skills w/ resistances (don't have an HoZ)
t-gods
ravenfrost/dwarfstar
goreriders
highlords
dracul's grasp
duriel's shell
guilame's face

take's me approximately no more than 30 seconds to kill dclone (just from smiting).

I build him solely for dclone hunting. Lately, I've been dueling using pretty much the same gears and with lots of success against all melee duels.

As for your questions:

ravenfrost & dwarfstar are your best choice against dclone due to the cannot be frozen and fire absorb. As for the belt, t-god is the obvious choice for his lightning attacks. You'll kill him so quick that you won't even need to worry about other things. Based on your gears, I don't think you'll have any problem w/ him whatsoever. As for weapon wise, as long as you have around 85-95% CB combined, then go for the +skills weapon.

A nice weapon choice is a kingslayer Phase Blade, it's very fast and as a huge cb bonus.

What are the best skills, and stat setups for this build? I want it for just dclone, and pvm baal runs to level. after that, just clone. is it the same as the pvp smiter??
