Smiter Clarification

Hey guys , my first post on this forum.

I've been watching videos on , "how to own ubers with cheap gear" but I just need comments on this charaters armour.

Smiter Pally;
Helm: Guillaumes
Chest: Treachery runeword "Shael-Thul-Lem".
Wep: Wizzy Pike (socketed with "ko" rune).
Ammulet: Highlords
Boots: Gore Riders
Gloves: Dracul's
Shiled: Spirit Runeword.

He also says you could use a call to arms but you can "easily own" without it.
Im just wondering if this build could own uber's. Because I trying to find a way to make easy hr's.

If anyone had any guides on how to make hr's if would be greatly appreciated.
Or any ideas on what character would be cheapest and would own.

Im all doing this no make a killer "Bowzon and Poison Necro".
