Once someone is smited with the "stun" over their head every attack while "stunned" puts the person in FHR animation? I tried this in a dueling game with a smiter, a druid, and a cold sorc. The smiter smited the druid, and I casted ice blast (105% FCR) on the druid and he was stunlocked since every hit put him in FHR animation even though I did 0 damage to him.

I understand your questions like this: "1. Does stunning put you into hit recovery from subsequent hits ? 2. Does it happen, no matter if they do damage or not ?"

1. That's the point of stunning, as it has no other effect than that.

2. I didn't know that it also happens on attacks which don't cause damage. How did you know the enemy didn't lose a single point of life from your attacks ? Did he tell you or is it a guess (so it might have been just a small amount) ? I'm not sure if that would have worked versus a cold immune monster as well BTW.

ah this came up once in some lld discussions...
"would dmg negation save an individual from recovery through stun"

provided ur tests are clean it looks like uv given me the answer;

i will suppose chars able to negate dmg means nothing to the mechanics of how stun effects them for recovery
