Slowtarget vs PVP

This page is quite old.
I know for sure that the client/server slow bug has been fixed in 1.10 or so.
I also believe that slow is capped to 50% in PVP, I have no idea where I know it from though ^^

i think the cap is much higher than that. i know there are smiter builds based using only slow in lld w/ golem charges, holy freeze, general tan do, ect. so i would assume that it would be higher than 50%. maybe 75%. im not totally sure tho.

It's 50% from item slow stacking. It can go higher from non-related effects like holy freeze. If I recall correctly. Maybe I am wrong.

Its capped at 50%.

Btw i have to see a smiter slowed by 50% slow, decripify, golem and holy freeze :p lol thats overkill

So, do you need two different items with 25% slow to have the total of 50% slow?

Or, can you use one item with 25% slow (Like cleglaw's gloves) and the 50% will trigger when you hit someone twice while wearing them?

Dunno if that makes sense, I'm so out of it right now.

what if you had 50% slow from items and used holy freeze? ive seen it before and it seems a whole lot slower than 50%

reminds me of the 1.09 cleglaw zons.

Decrepify, Holy Freeze slow, slow target, and cold damage are different types of slow and can be stacked on top of each other.

Case in point, the Medusazon, a zon that specializes in freezing and slowing down monsters. Check out the zon forum for more information.
