Slows Target %, Calculating my Breakpoints.

Trying to figure out how Slows Target would effect a player. Tried searching for the answer, but only returns I get from "Slows Target" talk extensively about stacking it and caps and stuff largely aimed at PvM which isn't what I'm looking for. Just going to use a thrown Mat Jav as an example.

Code:
Base speed of -10
IAS frames
0 14
6 13
16 12
30 11
52 10
89 9
Say I have 100 IAS, which is more than enough to reach the final BP. I get hit by a Barbarian using Arachnid Mesh, for 10% slow. How many frames does my thrown javelin go at now?

Say I have exactly 55 IAS, how many frames am I throwing at after being hit with Arachnid Mesh?

How would I go about calculating this?

Additionally, does Slows Target affect FBR or FHR?

Re: Slows Target %, Calculating my Breakpoints.

All forms of slow (item, cold, decrep, etc) count as negative EIAS. You can convert IAS to EIAS by EIAS = 120*IAS/(120+IAS)

Slow does not affect FBR, FCR and FHR.

Alright, I dug around the internet, and found the formula for the actual weapon speed calculation.

You said Slows Target is negative IAS, but how -exactly- is it being calculated? Arachnid Mesh for example reads: "Slows Target by 10%". I've read elsewhere that it just counts as a straight number, as in Arachnid Mesh will just be EIAS - 10. But the wording makes me think I could be calculating wrong, and it's really (EIAS - 0.1EIAS). I just want to make sure because that'd make a fairly big difference in results.

It's indeed EIAS - 10. The whole % thing doesn't make sense.
