Slowazon anyone?

now i know there must be a guide somewhere but i have been unable to locate one.....anyone point me in the right direction or offer up some suggestions here...i will start out

FA/multi/strafe?
upped riphook 30%
blackhorns 20%
kelpie for merc 75%
eye of etlich
raven + rare dual leech(or just mana leech)
upped iceblink?
cold charms
cold facets?
snowclash
frostburns
travs?

possibly throw in some mosnter flee(rattlecage on merc)+poison charms...looking at a nice low damage defensive build perhaps?

FA is a mana pig so she will have to have a large pool....the low damage bow won't be able to leech enough to constantly spam FA

swap belt for nos coil for 10% slow
clewglaws...25% and knockback
stone for golem charges

reapers for decrep...because it will stack with zons slow?
