Slow Target question

Does anyone know what the cap is for Slow Target? I'm using 80% right now, and I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time increasing it any further. Thanks!

For bosses, it's 50%, I believe it's 75% for other monsters.

It's at 90% for normal monsters, 50% for the rest.
