The Fishymancer guide mentiones CB as someting desireable on your gear. It would help you kill stuff.
Sooo, I guess that means CB transfers to your skellies, right?
What other weapon/gear mods transfer?

nothing transfers.
if you read the nightfish guide he is reffering to you using an eth'd phase blade and CB gear to help speed up killing act bosses.

CB is also desirable on your merc to speed up killing

i just like to slap gullimanes + ariocs on my merc. the +4 might aura is useful for everyone, cept you and he gets some CB off the helm.
