    skelie damage

I have a big question on how to get more damage out of my skeletons fully equiped in my necro stuff they do almost 300 max damage. with my mf gear they do around 256. I know this is poor but what else can i do. I have max RS and SM. and about half on SR cuz after that it gets usless.

i have a lvl 79 might merc that is with them so that helps out a lot but i tried to kill hell baal along with 10 revive pit lords and did little damage.

my might merc does about 1.2k points of damage by himself.

not sure what else to do.

well post more info on your guy (stats / skills / gear).

300 max per skel, at say for example 13 skel's ain't too shabby. use amp damage and your might merc, you should be okay.

baal will be tough for you because of his health regen. have your merc use crushing blow, and/or get some pmh sources.

Baal does not regenerate. None of the Act bosses do.

I'm sorry, I thought that they did. So you mean to tell me that all those PMH items out there, and the rune MAL were all designed for DClone, which from your statement is the only monster that does regen?

All the monsters except the Act bosses have a regen value.

i saw one guy doing 600 points of damage.
i can't think of any way to boost there damage except putting points into
summon resist but getting 1 point boost for 1 point isn't that great to me.

Summon Resist does not increase their damage. Amp, Decrep, and Aura's do.

RS and SM at lvl 31, my esquelly's damage is 334-337. I can summon 12 and with the might merc lvl 82 (1030 -1709 Dmg) and the Clay golem lvl 12 I don't have any problem with Baal decrepified in a solo game, just it take a bit to kill.

Two things you can do to deal with Baal:

#1. Crushing blow gear on your merc (the preferred way). All you have to do is keep him alive--the clay golem distraction trick is helpful here--and let him do the work.

#2. If you don't have suitable merc gear, arm yourself with a staff on weapon switch that has teleport charges (you can get one by shopping the vendors). Teleport over to Baal's platform as soon as you enter the Throne. The important thing is to get your army next to him quickly. He can tear them apart from a distance, but once you mob him he becomes pretty much helpless. Then pick up a book and start reading it, right-clicking occasionally to re-cast Amp Damage. Your skeletons will kill him eventually, but you'll want that book, trust me.
