Skeleton Mastery question

Hello thanks for looking, sorry if this seems a basic question to ask.

If my necromancer has a wand or shield equipped that gives a bonus to the skeleton mastery skill, and he raises a skeleton but then switches to his alternative weapon/shield slots, will the skeleton still be as strong or will it go down to the normal skill level?

for masteries, resists, golems, it will keep the life/dmg/res ect.. bonuses from when it was raised

if you have lower minion skills on switch weapon/shield you will lose some minons

This is correct, though note that the remaining minions still retain their higher-level attributes. Re-raising your whole army if you get a skill shrine is a good idea.
