Hello.

If I use a skele necro and i have a wand and anecro shiled tat both gives 2 in summoning skills, and use those and summon up all mye skeletons, and then swapp the wand for a gull dagger, will my skeletons be weaker then? since i take avay the 2 summoning wand?

your skeletens wont be weaker, but any extra skeles that the wand produces will die. the level at which they are summoned always stays the same, but the amount of skeles alters with the weapon change
